A New Day at

HOLY SPIRIT
EPISCOPAL SCHOOL

ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

We are an Episcopal School serving children aged two through Pre-K.

Our program is accredited

by the Southwest Association of Episcopal Schools which is earned through a voluntary process that attests to a school's quality in all aspects of educating young children: leadership, governance, administration, teaching, learning, and spiritual formation.

CURRICULUM

Our curriculum supports children in all five areas of development: social, physical, intellectual, cognitive and emotional.

As a Christian based preschool, we also believe that a child's spiritual development is equally important. Our students attend chapel each week and Biblical concepts are reinforced daily.

TUITION

We offer competitive tuition rates for each aged class.

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.  Contact Lisa Azua for more information.

MISSION & VISION

We are an Episcopal school committed to creating a nurturing, educational, Christian environment where all students discover and develop their individual gifts and talents in order to serve others and give glory to God.

Our vision is to provide our community with a quality alternative to public education by focusing on the development of the whole child, utilizing the exceptional talents of our dedicated staff and appreciating the inspirational beauty of our campus.

OUR PHILOSPHY

EXPLORATION & LEARNING

Preschool should be a time of exploration and learning by doing; a time to enjoy the wonder of God’s creation (our world and ourselves) and begin to understand the foundations of education through investigative play.    In our busy families where, many times, both parents work and time at home is filled with errands, meals and chores, our preschools must try even harder to give children a self-paced learning environment based on purposeful play.   It is our goal that teachers will provide structure and set expectations that help children sustain higher levels of play using interesting materials that stimulate their creativity and imaginations.  This type of purposeful play supports children in their communication skills, provides confidence, teaches how to make friends and to be persistent and excited about learning.
